As soon as you hit this page, the familiar pop-up will prompt you for the username to log in with. Once you log in, you will be redirected to the home page.

Append ?contents=1 to your web part page URL
When you add a Web Part (WP) to your page and then edit the view without saving first you may notice the WP has disappeared when you navigate back to your page.
You can delete the WP by navigating to the Web Part Maintenance page and manage all existing WP’s there.
Use this page to close Web Parts on your page, restore defaults to Web Parts, or delete Web Parts from your page.
The user information list can be accessed by navigating to /_catalogs/users/simple.aspx from your site collection.
